Understanding Conversion Unit Easily

The children usually get confused with the Conversion Unit. And here we will share how to make children understand the Conversion Unit easily.

Firstly, make a two stairs for units which to be converted. Here is the example:

Then, add the "bridge" between unit which has relation. See the example below.

Finally, we just need to "read" this Conversion Bridge to solve the questions.
I provide some questions and answers below.
1) 2 m² = ... dal
2) 60 dl = ... cm²

Answers
We use the Unit Conversion Bridge to solve these questions.

Number 1
See in the left stair. The m² is connected (bridged) to kl. We can see that m²=kl. And the answer request 2 m² to be dal. So, from kl to dal is two step down. It is mean that we must do 2 x 100. So, the answer is 200.
2 m² = 200 dal.

Number 2
As answer number 1, we just see the Unit Conversion Bridge. But, in this case we will see in the right stair first. Because dl is in the right stair. So, let's get started.

dl don't have connection, so we will use the nearest unit to help find out the dl value. We will use l to help the dl. From dl to l, it is one step to up. It's mean that 60 must be divided by 10. The result is 6.
Now we have 6 l. We just connect from l to dm³ first. So, 6 l = 6 dm³.

The question request to change from dl to cm². So, we will make dm³ to be cm³. From dm³ to cm³ is one step down, so that mean to times 6 with 1000. 6x1000=6000. Finally, we got the answer.
60 dl = 6000 cm³

Hope this can help you to understand mathematic easily.
Thanks!
